Meet the ArcArtists Team
Adam Chernick
Co-Founder, Director of Operations, Agent
Meet Adam: Adam's passion for live music was ignited at a young age, when his father took him to Woodstock '99. A guitarist and pianist, Adam studied music and psychology at the University of Rochester. He brings over 15 years of experience in the music industry as an agent and manager, and has previously represented artists as diverse as Pharoah Sanders, Robert Glasper and Lucky Peterson. When not booking tours, Adam can be found bicycling the city streets or onstage with Topanga, an NYC-based 90's cover band.
Michael Fatum
Co-Founder, Director of A&R, Agent
Meet Michael: A proud Chicago native and NYU graduate, Michael has lived the music industry from every angle — as an agent, tour manager, touring musician, and talent buyer. What artists tend to notice first is his laugh — loud, genuine, and frequent. What they come to rely on is the relentless optimism underneath it: a deep and unshakeable belief in his clients and that the right music, in the right room, can change how people see the world. He brings 15+ years of that conviction to every artist he represents.
Nicole Muto-Graves
Agent
Meet Nicole: Nicole has worked in the music industry as an agent, presenter, and in festival production for nearly a decade. She has been an agent with ArcArtists since its inception in 2016 and is passionate about advocating for artists to help them grow their careers. Since her move to Chicago in 2018, Nicole has joined the teams at Constellation Performing Arts, Hungry Brain, Pitchfork Music Festival, and the new Sound & Gravity Festival. She can also be found playing with the band, loveseat, and hanging out with her cat, Ponyo!
Jason Sector
Agent
Meet Jason: Jason grew up surrounded by jazz in a musical family in upstate New York. He graduated from the snowy Syracuse University (go orange!) with a degree in Music Industry, and has spent over eight years working in all aspects of music. Jason brings to the ArcArtists team experience as an agent and manager, live show producer, recording engineer, and digitization archivist. In his free time, he enjoys rock climbing, hiking, and drinking craft beer.
